I happened to hear this story from TV. The story is like this.



In the US, a woman filed a suit with the court against her ex-husband. The reason was that he didn’t pay the money to raise his child. He said that he didn’t have to pay the money because he didn’t give an agreement to have their child to her. He said that he had no obligation for that.

In fact, while they were pending in court, she took artificial insemination and after divorced she gave birth. Her ex-husband didn’t go through the formalities to abandon his frozen sperms while they had a divorce suit.



I don’t know for sure but she needed some document to use his frozen sperms. Her ex-husband insisted that she forged his signature. And she has denied it.



The court ruled that he had to pay money for his child regardless of any reason.

She is pregnant with his second child now.
