Last night, when I was brushing my teeth at the washstand after taking a bath, I saw a slug at the edge of my sight. The slug was beside a mirror on a shelf. It came to my mind that salt can dissolve slugs. That’s something related to osmotic pressure…??!!!? Hum, hum. I happened to see a toothpaste tube. How about fucking toothpaste? “?????” filled the inside of my head. Will that be effective to slugs like salt? I couldn’t stop that thinking. I put toothpaste on the slug. Nothing happened. No effect! The slug was crawling out of the mountain of the toothpaste with the greatest ease.
I tried it again.
I spread mountainous toothpaste over the slug again. I just got the same result. No change on that! Pshaw!
There was a detergent on the shelf. Hum. How about this?---I thought. I felt that it was a bit cruel but I had to do. I put tons of powder of detergent on the slug with slightly feeling guilty. The powder heaped up on the slug. The slug stopped moving.
“Gosh!”
I picked the slug. It didn’t move at all. Actually the slug was rolled up. I piled more detergent onto it. Some of the detergent was sliding down from the mountaintop.
There was a mountain of detergent in front of me that hid the slug…….
How would the slug be?
